I consider Hyssop a revered oil. With a distinctive uplifting scent – it has a history as an essential oil to use when you want to purify your living spaces. It is warming, euphoric and cleansing. However, it must not be used with or around people with epilepsy.
Kunzea is a crisp, uplifting essential oil indigenous to Australia and Tasmania. It is renowned for its pain relieving and soothing abilities and is known for its ability to ease stress, nervous tension, and mild anxiety. As a native Australian Essential Oil, the crisp and naturally decongesting aroma of Kunzea Oil is known to be effective when treating headaches and flu-like symptoms.
Ravensara is native to Madagascar, Africa. It has a sweet, fresh and slightly lemony and liquorice like smell with an earthy undertone. I added it to the blend due to its ability to balance the earthy tones of Hyssop and highlight the fresh and uplifting tones of Kunzea – what an amazing moment that was when it all came together and the harmony of being in a quiet forest was born.

SCENT PROFILE: A uplifting, clean, calming, refreshing blend with hints of familiar citrus sweetness and rich, balsamic undertones of uplifting fresh forest-like aroma notes. Perfect if you prefer grounding, woody scents.
WHAT’S IN THIS BLEND: Pure essential oils of Ravensara Wild (Ravensara aromatica), Black Spruce (Picea mariana), Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis var decumbens), Kunzea (Kunzea ambigua), Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata), Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) – and nothing more.
WARNING – Hyssop is not to be used around or on people with epilepsy.
HOW TO USE IT: Our blends are uniquely made to fit into your lifestyle. Here are a few tips on how to use them in a way that best suits you and your lifestyle.
To create a quiet, soothing atmosphere place 3 – 4 drops in your diffuser or oil burner and top with up to 10ml of water. Please do not leave your diffuser or burner unattended.
We all respond differently to scent intensity. We recommend you start with the suggested number of drops and add or subtract oil drops as you become familiar with the scent. The size of the room you are using the burner in will also make a difference to the amount of the blend you use. Practice makes perfect. Keep tweaking with the number of drops until you find what works for you.
Add 4-6 drops in your diffuser or on a tissue if you have a cough or flu like symptoms.
SAFETY FIRST: Our lifestyle blends are made with pure 100% essential oils. Please do not use them on children under 2 years of age. For external use only. Not to be used undiluted on skin. Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Our blends will last longer if stored in a dark, cool cupboard. Remember to keep your bottle tightly shut at all times to prevent oxidation.
