Nervous Tension Relief Blend
Ingredients:
- 5 drops Marjoram essential oil
- 4 drops Lavender essential oil
- 3 drops Lemon essential oil
- 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond oil)
Instructions:
- Mix the essential oils with the carrier oil in a roller bottle.
- Roll the blend onto your neck and shoulders and massage gently.
Holistic Practice: Progressive Muscle Relaxation: Lie down in a comfortable position. Starting from your toes, tense each muscle group for a few seconds, then release. Work your way up to your head, applying the blend to any areas of tension.
