Nervous Tension Relief Blend

Ingredients:

  • 5 drops Marjoram essential oil
  • 4 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops Lemon essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond oil)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the essential oils with the carrier oil in a roller bottle.
  2. Roll the blend onto your neck and shoulders and massage gently.

Holistic Practice: Progressive Muscle Relaxation: Lie down in a comfortable position. Starting from your toes, tense each muscle group for a few seconds, then release. Work your way up to your head, applying the blend to any areas of tension.
