Be Still My Heart is a soothing blend of 100% organic herbs of cinnamon, lemon peel and cardamom with gentle wisps of calendula to create a comforting, heart-warming exotic blend for relief from mental fatigue and stress related conditions.

WHAT’S IN IT? Loose leaf herbal tea blend made with 100% organic ingredients of Cinnamon, Lemon Peel, Ginger, Cardamom, Calendula and Nettle Leaf.
HOW TO BREW THE PERFECT CUPPA:
Give the herbs a good mix with a dry spoon before making your next beautiful cuppa. Small herb pieces may settle to the bottom of the packet and this may affect the taste.
We recommend 1 heaped teaspoon per 200ml water.
For best results, brew for 5 - 7 minutes. (Be patient, it’s worth it).
