WHAT’S IN THIS BATH SOAK: Epsom Salts, Premium Quality Essential Oils of: Rose Geranium (Perlagonim x asperum) Chamomile (Matricaria recutica).
We use pure food grade Epsom salts known to promote the elimination of acidic waste from muscles and joints and encourage relaxation.
Our bath soaks are free from flowers, petals, artificial colours and fragrances.

HOW TO USE OUR BATH SOAK:
CALM BALANCING BATH Place a generous amount (4 – 5 tablespoons) directly under running water for a calming bath to overcome irritability, moodiness and symptoms of pre-menstrual tension. Ensure salts and bath water are mixed thoroughly before stepping into bath. Light a few candles and enjoy.
Sip a warm cup of our Calm Balance herbal tea while enjoying your bath. Calm Balance herbal tea is a comforting blend of 100% organic herbs of rose, hibiscus and raspberry leaf with refreshing hints of peppermint to create a balancing blend to help ease nervous tension and support recovery from symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
UPLIFTING FOOT SOAK Place a generous amount (4 – 5 tablespoons) directly under running warm water in a large bowl /dish. Soak your feet for 20 – 30 minutes. Make sure you have towels nearby to dry your feet.
SAFETY FIRST: Our bath soaks are made with pure 100% essential oils. Please do not use them on children under 2 years of age. For external use only. Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Our bath soaks will last longer if stored in a dark, cool cupboard. Remember to keep your bottle tightly shut at all times to prevent oxidation.
