WHAT’S IN THIS BATH SOAK: Epsom Salts, Premium Quality Essential Oils of: Clary Sage (Salvia Sclarea), Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
We use pure food grade Epsom salts known to promote the elimination of acidic waste from muscles and joints and encourage relaxation.
Our bath soaks are free from flowers, petals, artificial colours and fragrances.
HOW TO USE OUR BATH SOAK:
RELAXING BATH Place a generous amount (4 – 5 tablespoons) directly under running water for an invigorating bath to overcome mental and emotional exhaustion. Ensure salts and bath water are mixed thoroughly before stepping into bath. Light a few candles and enjoy.
Sip a warm cup of our ‘Be Still, My Heart’ while enjoying your bath. Be Still My Heart is a soothing blend of 100% organic herbs of cinnamon, lemon peel and cardamom with gentle wisps of calendula to create a comforting, heart-warming exotic blend for relief from mental fatigue and stress related conditions.
RELAXING FOOT SOAK Place a generous amount (4 – 5 tablespoons) directly under running warm water in a large bowl /dish. Soak your feet for 20 – 30 minutes. Make sure you have towels nearby to dry your feet. Moisturise and soften your feet with our Soothe & Smooth hand and body balm.

SAFETY FIRST: Our bath soaks are made with pure 100% essential oils. Please do not use them on children under 2 years of age. For external use only. Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Our bath soaks will last longer if stored in a dark, cool cupboard. Remember to keep your bottle tightly shut at all times to prevent oxidation.
