Stress Relief Blend

Ingredients:

  • 5 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops Bergamot essential oil
  • 2 drops Frankincense essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g., jojoba or sweet almond oil)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the essential oils with the carrier oil in a dark glass bottle.
  2. Apply the blend to your wrists, temples, and neck as needed.

Holistic Practice: Mindful Breathing Exercise: Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and close your eyes. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale through your mouth for a count of four. Repeat for 5-10 minutes while inhaling the stress relief blend.
