Stress Relief Blend
Ingredients:
- 5 drops Lavender essential oil
- 3 drops Bergamot essential oil
- 2 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g., jojoba or sweet almond oil)
Instructions:
- Mix the essential oils with the carrier oil in a dark glass bottle.
- Apply the blend to your wrists, temples, and neck as needed.
