Anxiety Ease Blend
Ingredients:
- 5 drops Chamomile essential oil
- 4 drops Clary Sage essential oil
- 3 drops Rose essential oil
- 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g., grapeseed oil)
Instructions:
- Combine the essential oils with the carrier oil in a glass roller bottle.
- Roll the blend onto your pulse points when feeling anxious.
