Ingredients:

  • 6 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 4 drops Cedarwood essential oil
  • 2 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g., coconut oil)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the essential oils with the carrier oil in a glass bottle.
  2. Massage a few drops onto the soles of your feet and your chest before bedtime.
